Yes, you would take the team name, and then you could take the roster of one of the other teams and that team would become your team.

It's a folded team. Those players were dispersed and we went to a 26 team league. Then we offered members the option to take a team name that was folding. Washington was Cor99, he opted to keep the team name Montreal in the league, so the team name for Washington was retired, and Montreal remained with Cor99's roster from Washington.

So yes, you can have Washington as a team name, but you would need to claim a roster from the teams that aren't folded.
