In ManNHL: Lockout, there is no Salary Cap. Instead you have a team with a maximum roster limit of 23 players on the following structure:
12 Forwards
6 Defencemen
2 Goaltenders
3 Extras - can be players of any position.
You must always have a minimum roster of 20 players - thus, a playable roster.
