Alright, here's the few things you need to know moving forward on this site.
1. Trade Deadline
The trade deadline is fast approaching and will be occurring mid-February. We will post a league-wide trade block for buyers and sellers.
2. Salary Cap
The salary cap is going to be 65M perpetually. It will never, ever change. Now you know.
3. Negotiations
People will be able to start negotiating contracts with the PR at the end of the playoffs. Once the playoffs conclude, there will be a negotiation period where all of your players are considered to be pending free agents. At the end of that period (and you will have ample time to get negotiations done) all players not signed will be considered free agents and we will open a mass-free agency period.
Any questions, now is the time to ask.

I'm assuming that vacant teams are being dispersed then?

That will also be posted soon enough, but keep in mind all drafted players are auto-signed to 3 year 2-way 1M per season contracts. And there are no bonuses for any contract.
